What you can run
Each site sees on-hand stock, expiry alerts, and reorder points. The par and the reorder point for an item are that branch’s usage. The par level formula is the method, and the par level calculator runs the same arithmetic for one item. Restaurant groups with several branches read those counts together. A group lead can compare locations without exporting. Central production can issue stock to satellites; the receiving branch’s inventory and the sending branch’s inventory both move. That pattern is the core of cloud kitchen and central production.
Sales import, when you use it, depletes the branch that sold the item. If you are not on a POS import yet, counts and a CSV still work. See inventory on the features page.
