AKLI vs what you use today
Pick the tool your kitchens run on now. Each row says what it does, and what AKLI does instead. If the till is doing the costing, read AKLI vs POS-only costing. A stock system with no recipes is AKLI vs count-only tools. A finance system is AKLI vs a generic ERP. Paper temperature sheets are AKLI vs paper HACCP logs. Published comparisons, from each vendor's own documentation, are AKLI vs Supy and AKLI vs MarketMan.
AKLI vs recipe and food costing in spreadsheets
Recipe and food costing in spreadsheets is how most kitchens start. The sheet is fast on day one and fragile once a second branch, a second chef, and a second version of the file exist. AKLI is the system you move to when the workbook is the costing operation. Inventory kept only in Excel is a different comparison.

Questions operators ask
How much does AKLI cost?
SAR 299 / QAR 290 / AED 293 / BHD 30 / OMR 31 per branch per month, excluding VAT. There is one plan. Billing is arranged with the AKLI team, not through a self-serve checkout.
Is AKLI priced per user or per branch?
Priced per branch, not per user. Unlimited team members are included. A group with 5 branches pays 5 × (SAR 299 / QAR 290 / AED 293 / BHD 30 / OMR 31) per month, excluding VAT. Adding a supervisor does not add a seat.
Which languages does the AKLI product support?
The product interface supports English, French, and Arabic. You choose the language in the product. This marketing site is available in English, French, and Arabic. French pages live under /fr and Arabic pages under /ar.
Which food-safety jurisdictions are the HACCP logs built for?
Digital HACCP logs are timestamped and built to be exported for inspections under Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), UAE Food Safety Department, and Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) requirements. The logs do not, by themselves, make a kitchen compliant.
Does AKLI replace the POS?
A POS is optional. Sales can be entered directly or imported from a CSV. A POS sales import can deplete stock against recipes. AKLI does not require a POS change.
Does AKLI replace a generic ERP?
No. AKLI is not a general ledger. Keep the books where finance already posts them. AKLI is the kitchen record: recipes, stock, purchasing, waste, and digital HACCP.
When is an Excel inventory workbook still enough?
A single site, a short list of items, and one person who maintains the file can count in Excel. The workbook fails when a second branch has a second copy, a transfer is entered once, or a received price never reaches the recipe. That comparison is AKLI versus Excel-only inventory.
Do these comparisons rank named products?
No. The tables on this page are categories: spreadsheets, a generic ERP, a cost field on a till, count-only tools, paper HACCP logs, and Excel-only inventory. Those tables do not name a POS vendor. Supy and MarketMan each have a separate page of published facts. Those pages are not rankings.
