Access is limited to the people on the account, and every change is logged with who and when.

Starting
Most restaurants are live within a day. Onboarding is a guided call with the AKLI team.
Bring recipes, supplier prices and sales in from CSV or Excel. A POS is optional.
Billing
Billing is arranged with the AKLI team, not through a self-serve checkout.
No lock-in contract. VAT is applied per country and is not in the list price.
Leaving
Cancel by contacting the team. There is no cancellation fee.
You retain ownership of customer data you upload. AKLI does not sell it and does not use it to train public AI models. You can export it.

- How much does AKLI cost?
- AKLI is SAR 299 / QAR 290 / AED 293 / BHD 30 / OMR 31 per branch per month, excluding VAT. There is one plan. Billing is arranged with the AKLI team, not through a self-serve checkout.
- Is pricing per user or per branch?
- Per branch, not per user. Unlimited team members are included, so adding staff does not change the price. A group with 5 branches pays 5 × (SAR 299 / QAR 290 / AED 293 / BHD 30 / OMR 31) per month, excluding VAT.
- How does billing work?
- Billing and onboarding are handled directly by our team, not through a self-serve checkout. Reach out and we will set the account up. There is no lock-in contract on the marketing plan.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Contact the team and we will close the subscription. There is no cancellation fee, and you can export your data before you leave.
- What currencies can I view pricing in?
- The list price is SAR. The pricing page can show the equivalent in AED, QAR, BHD, or OMR. Those currencies are hard-pegged, so the equivalents are fixed conversions of the SAR price, not a live market feed. Kuwaiti dinar is not listed because it is not a hard peg.
- Is AKLI worth it for my restaurant?
