What a log has to contain
A paper sheet can be filled in at the end of the week. A record that will survive a question has a time, a branch, a check or critical control point, a result, the person who signed it, and a corrective action if the result was out of range. Edits need a trail.
AKLI’s HACCP module is built for that shape of record. It is built against the digital logging expectations of Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), the UAE Food Safety Department, and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA). What AKLI does not claim
Software does not make a kitchen compliant. Your team still runs the checks, trains staff, and keeps the HACCP plan. AKLI timestamps the logs, alerts on out-of-range readings, and exports them. It is not a certificate from a ministry, and this site does not present one.

Priced per branch, not per user. Unlimited team members are included. A group with 5 branches pays 5 × (SAR 299 / QAR 290 / AED 293 / BHD 30 / OMR 31) per month, excluding VAT. Adding a supervisor does not add a seat.
