These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AKLI platform operated by AKLI Technologies ("AKLI", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and your account information accurate.
2. Free Trials
Free trials are provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. Trial features and duration may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
3. Subscriptions & Payment
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all Customer Data you upload to AKLI. You grant AKLI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use AKLI for illegal, infringing, or harmful activities. This includes unauthorized data scraping, interfering with platform infrastructure, or violating applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
6. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's non-public information with at least the same care it applies to its own confidential information, and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.

8. AI Features
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review AI outputs before acting on them. AKLI is not liable for decisions made based solely on AI responses.
9. Availability & Support
We aim for high availability and maintain a 99.8% uptime target. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Support response times depend on your plan.
10. Warranties & Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AKLI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AKLI harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material violations of these Terms or security risks. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app; access continues until the end of the paid period.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
