You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization. Keep credentials confidential and accurate.

Trials are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued.

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply.

You retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant Akli a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

No illegal, infringing, or harmful activities. We may suspend accounts for violations.

Each party protects the other's non-public information with reasonable care.

Use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI outputs may be inaccurate. Review before acting.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

AKLI’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.

You will indemnify Akli against claims arising from your content or breach.

We may suspend or terminate for violations or security risks. You may cancel anytime.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
